CREED to release 25th anniversary deluxe edition of 1999’s ‘Human Clay’

Creed will release a 25th anniversary deluxe edition of its seminal debut album, 1999’s Human Clay. The new expanded remastered album will include the original 11 songs and rare bonus tracks including a never-before-heard complete concert from ‘99, recorded in San Antonio, TX.

The newly remastered reissue is set to arrive on August 16th on 2-LP vinyl and CD, and will include the original tracklist (including the smash hits “Higher” and “With Arms Wide Open”) along with rarities, B-sides, and more. The bonus material is highlighted by an alternate version of “Higher,” an acoustic rendition of “With Arms Wide Open,” and a cover of The Doors’ classic “Roadhouse Blues” featuring Robby Krieger recorded live at Woodstock ’99. As part of Creed’s 25th anniversary celebration, the band has remastered its iconic music videos in high definition. Restored videos for “With Arms Wide Open” and “Higher” are available now with more to come.

Frontman Scott Stapp says: “Twenty-five years ago, we could have never guessed we’d be celebrating Human Clay‘s lasting impact while embarking on a whole new chapter together in 2024. Then and now, it’s the fans who’ve embraced these songs and found a deeper connection to them as they’ve progressed in their lives. Now, we’re reconnecting with these songs like it’s the first time and seeing the impact on a whole new generation.”
