Bleed From Within to embark on ‘The Zenith Tour’

Bleed From Within have shared details of their upcoming 2025 ‘The Zenith Tour’. The tour sees Bleed From Within headlining the largest venues they have ever played across the UK & Europe, with support from After The Burial and Great American Ghost.

The band said in a statement: “This is the tour we’ve been working towards for the last 3 years. The culmination of all our efforts. We’ve been the opening band in a lot of these rooms so finally making the step to headliner is something that we do not take lightly. We can not wait to bring our new headline set to some of our favourite venues in the world, alongside new music and our biggest touring production to date! To top things off, we have After The Burial and Great American Ghost joining us. We first toured with ATB in 2011 and have stayed friends ever since. We met Great American Ghost in 2024 and got on so well that we knew we had to bring them over to Europe. Having this package, on these stages, with our new album on the horizon is a dream combination. We’ll see you out there.”

Anne Hathaway to star in film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s ‘Verity’

Deadline Hollywood reported that Oscar-winning actress Anne Hathaway has signed on to star in the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel, Verity, in what will be a reunion between Hathaway and her ‘The Idea of You’ director Michael Showalter. Hathaway, Hoover and Showalter will also serve as producers of the film.

“Verity” was self-published in 2018 and spent months on the New York Times best-sellers list and selling more than 1 million copies in 2023 alone.  Hathaway will portray Verity Crawford, ‘a famous author who is unable to finish her thriller novel after a car accident leaves her badly injured and incapacitated. So her husband Jeremy offers a struggling writer named Lowen a huge sum of money to complete the remaining books in the series. Lowen accepts the gig but uncovers dark secrets in the process — including an unfinished manuscript that hints at chilling admissions about Verity and her family’s past — leaving Lowen to determine if Verity is a gifted fictionist or deranged psychopath.’  The roles of Jeremy and Lowen have yet to be cast.

Hoover’s novel “It Ends With Us” became a box office hit over the summer. The film, directed by and starring Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively, grossed $349 million globally; while a film version of Hoover’s book “Reminders of Him” is in the works at Universal Pictures.
