Green Day’s first concert of 2022 will take place at the Innings Festival music and baseball fest in Tampa, Fla., also featuring acts such as Incubus and 311 along with appearances from baseball legends such as Ozzie Smith.

Despite being a music and baseball fest, Innings Festival will actually be held in Tampa, Florida’s Raymond James Stadium, where the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play. So far, the festival, which will be held from March 19-20, is currently Green Day’s only North American tour date of 2022. The two-day event will feature over fifteen artists on three stages, and includes performances from Green Day, the Lumineers, Incubus, Khruangbin, 311, Nathanial Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Jimmy Eat World, Goo Goo Dolls, O.A.R., Highly Suspect and more.

All tickets will go on sale Nov. 5 at 10AM local time. Kids seven and under may enter for free alongside a ticketed adult. Check out the full details at the link – here.

Mammoth WVH and Dirty Honey are teaming up for the “Young Guns” tour, set to kick off in late January 2022. The 30-date co-headlining tour will kick-off Jan. 21, with the two bands alternating the closing spot during the run.

Mammoth WVH’s Wolfgang Van Halen said: “We played one co-headline show with Dirty Honey back in September. As soon as the night was over, we knew this would be a great package to take across the U.S. We couldn’t be more excited to share the stage with them and give all of the fans an unforgettable night of rock music.” 

Adds Dirty Honey’s Marc LaBelle: “People who come to our shows are going to see two bands who are looking to prove that rock ‘n’ roll is definitely very much alive and well. We both carry the weight of that on our shoulders, and there’s a lot to prove.”

Alice Cooper has announced a new early winter tour in 2022, kicking-off in Cincinnati, Ohio, on Jan. 28 and running through Feb. 8.

The tour announcement comes on the heels of Cooper’s recently wrapped fall tour  with a career-spanning setlist including the songs “Feed My Frankenstein,” “He’s Back (The Man Behind the Mask),” and “Poison.” Earlier this year, Cooper shared his 21st solo studio album Detroit Stories, which the recent fall tour was held in support of.

VIP pre-sale kicked-off on Tuesday, November 2nd; public on-sale begins on Friday, November 5th at 10 am local time via Ticketmaster.

Iron Maiden singer Bruce Dickinson has announced his “An Evening with Bruce Dickinson” spoken-word tour will be coming to the US and Canada in early 2022.

Dickinson has described the spoken-word tour as a “sideways look” at his life. The first part of the evening features a satirical monologue from Dickinson featuring anecdotes, photography, videos, and even a performance. The second half of the show consists of a Q&A session with the audience.  A press release states, “The more left-field and quirky the question, the more interesting and compelling the response is likely to be.”

The 44-date North American tour kicks off January 17th in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, wrapping up March 12th in Las Vegas. Dickinson then heads to Canada, performing March 14th in Vancouver before wrapping things up on March 30th in Kitchener, Ontario.

Tickets go on sale Friday (November 5th) via Ticketmaster, with pre-sales beginning Wednesday.

GOJIRA have released a music video for the song “Sphinx”. The clip was directed and animated by Zev Deans, who previously helmed videos for BEHEMOTH, GHOST and more.

“Sphinx” is taken from GOJIRA‘s latest album, Fortitude, which entered Billboard‘s Top Albums chart at No. 1 last May, and also took the No. 1 spot on Billboard‘s Top Current Albums, Current Rock Albums and Current Hard Music Albums tallies. Fortitude is GOJIRA‘s first album in five years and the follow-up to their 2016’s Grammy-nominated LP Magma;  it contains the singles “Another World”, “Born For One Thing”, “Into The Storm”, “Amazonia” and “The Chant”.

Marilyn Manson was invited once again to appear with Ye — formerly known as Kanye West — at his Sunday Service held over the weekend. The event, which was also attended by Justin Bieber and Roddy Ricch, saw choir members wearing white outfits while singing gospel numbers.

Ye is facing backlash for bringing out the 52-year-old Manson, who has been accused of rape and “further degrading acts” of exploitation and abuse by multiple women, including his former partner Evan Rachel Wood. Manson denied all of the allegations, calling them “horrible distortions of reality”. Last month, a judge allowed the lawsuit filed by Game of Thrones actor Esmé Bianco to proceed, which accused Manson of sexual, physical, and psychological abuse.

Ye has invited Manson to appear with him at other events; back in August, the rapper brought out Manson at a listening party for his album Donda that took place in Chicago. Manson and Ye were accompanied on the set-up porch by a masked figure many people online thought to be the rapper DaBaby. The trio stood on the porch alongside Ye as the first song of the event played.

The criticism continued to grow against Ye for allowing Manson to appear on stage with him.  Manson was dropped from his record label earlier this year, and his booking agent CAA announcing that it had severed ties with him as well.
