Let’s just say the struggle has just gotten strugglier.” Curry and Unanimous Media’s chief creative officer Eric Peyton added: “Unanimous is all about authentic partnerships, and this team felt genuine from the beginning. Good Times strives to remind us that with the love of our family we can overcome any obstacle. We think, now more than ever, the world needs to see a show with hope and positivity.”

Dave Grohl Writes “Superhero” Theme Song For Viral 10-Year-Old Drummer Dave Grohl Writes Theme Song For 10-Year-Old Drummer Nandi Bushell

Following their epic drum battle that went viral, Dave Grohl has written a theme song for his talented drumming opponent, 10-year-old internet sensation Nandi Bushell.

Bushell, who regularly uploads videos to her 100,000-subscriber YouTube channel, first challenged the Foo Fighters frontman to a drum battle last month when she performed along to the band’s classic single “Everlong.”  Grohl responded by performing Them Crooked Vultures’ “Dead End Friends,” which Bushell then matched beat for beat in a new video.

Grohl wrote on Twitter that he created the ‘superhero’ theme for Bushell “off the top of my head,”  and then posted a video of a performance with “the Grohlettes” (aka Grohl’s daughters) providing backup vocals.

Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine Shares Advice Bruce Dickinson Gave During Cancer Fight

Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine discussed the advice Iron Maiden‘s Bruce Dickinson gave him following his 2019 cancer diagnosis. In a new interview published by Forbes, Mustaine discussed the chat that the two heavy metal musicians had shortly after Mustaine was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2019.

Dickinson had also been previously diagnosed with cancer in 2015, which is why Mustaine wanted to contact him. “It’s not like I have a whole Rolodex of rock friends that sing heavy metal music that have throat cancer,” he said, “so my choices were limited.”  He added, “I consider [Bruce] to be someone I look up to. He basically told me… surround yourself with good, upbeat, positive people, places and things and try not to cause any unnecessary stress on yourself. He’s always been super kind to me and very, I don’t want to say ‘gentlemanly’, because I don’t want anyone to think that he’s not a bad motherf***er!”

Mustaine’s autobiography, Rust In Peace: The Inside Story Of The Megadeth Masterpiece, detailing the making and the release of Megadeth’s 1990 album ‘Rust In Peace,’ is set to be released soon.
