Paul McCartney & Wings share the video for ‘Soily (One Hand Clapping Sessions)’

Paul McCartney & Wings’ live album One Hand Clapping is finally out, and to celebrate the release, McCartney has shared a fully restored performance video of the track “Soily.”

One Hand Clapping was recorded in August 1974 at Abbey Road and is taken from footage recorded by director David Litchfield, when McCartney and the band hit the studio to film what was to be a video documentary and possible live studio album. That live album was never officially released until now, although portions of it have appeared on bootlegs.  Now 50 years later, the soundtrack to One Hand Clapping is finally available.

One Hand Clapping includes live recordings of such Wings hits as “Live and Let Die,” “Band on the Run,” “Jet” and “My Love,” as well as Paul’s solo song “Maybe I’m Amazed” and reworked versions of Beatles tracks like “Let It Be,” “Lady Madonna” and “The Long and Winding Road.”

San Francisco 49ers Christian McCaffrey and model/former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo were married in Rhode Island over the weekend. The couple began dating in 2019, and were engaged in April of last year.

A joint social media post from Vogue magazine and the bride read: “The model and former Miss Universe walked down the church aisle in Watch Hill, Rhode Island in a long-sleeve crepe crew neck ball gown with a voluminous skirt and button-lined back.”

Culpo, 32, wore a long-sleeved white Dolce and Gabbana gown and 16-foot-long lace veil, while McCaffrey, a three-time Pro Bowler, chose a traditional black tuxedo. The bride exclusively told Vogue: “When I think about Christian and what he loves and the moments that he thinks that I’m most beautiful, it’s absolutely in something like this: timeless, covered, and elegant.”

Per CBS Sports, McCaffrey was named to the cover of “Madden NFL 25.” Last season, he was named NFL Offensive Player of the Year, first-team All-Pro, was selected to the Pro Bowl and was the NFL rushing yards leader. The 28-year-old helped lead the 49ers to Super Bowl LVIII, and became the first player in Super Bowl history to have 75 yards rushing and 75 yards receiving in the game.

Neil Young and Crazy Horse cancel remaining 2024 tour dates

Neil Young and Crazy Horse are cancelling the remaining dates on their first tour in over a decade due to illness among the band members. Neil Young and Crazy Horse’s Love Earth Tour launched in April, with several other postponements along the way.

The musicians announced the cancellation of their upcoming North American shows in a post shared on Young’s official website:  “When a couple of us got sick after Detroit’s Pine Knob, we had to stop. We are still not fully recovered, so sadly our great tour will have a big unplanned break. We will try to play some of the dates we miss as time passes when we are ready to rock again! We know many of you made travel plans and we apologize for the inconvenience.  Thanks for your understanding and patience. Health is # 1. We want to stay and do more shows and more albums for you…. and for us. With love and thanks to all of you from Crazy Horse….. Neil, Micah, Ralph and Billy.”

In addition to seven dates in Canada, the following shows were listed as ‘canceled’ on Ticketmaster: July 25 in Bend, Oregon; July 26 in George, Washington; July 29 in West Valley City, Utah, and July 31 in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
