Previously-released singles from Violent Nature include the songs “Rain,” “Into Hell,” and the title track, “Violent Nature.” These singles mark a new chapter for the band, with Vanlerberghe as the only lead singer.

New Ozzy Osbourne memoir ‘Last Rites’ to be released this fall

The final Ozzy Osbourne memoir titled Last Rites will be released on October 7th via Grand Central Publishing. You can see a brief trailer for the memoir – HERE.

The book will detail the various health issues Osbourne has faced over the past several years (including a Parkinson’s diagnosis that he revealed in 2020), which ultimately forced him to retire from the road. It will also feature insight into his marriage to his wife/manager, Sharon, and detail the preparations for the Back to the Beginning farewell concert; which took place just weeks before Osbourne’s death.

Prior to his passing, Osbourne said in a statement regarding Last Rites: “People say to me, if you could do it all again, knowing what you know now, would you change anything? I’m like, f*ck no. If I’d been clean and sober, I wouldn’t be Ozzy. If I’d done normal, sensible things, I wouldn’t be Ozzy. Look, if it ends tomorrow, I can’t complain. I’ve been all around the world. Seen a lot of things. I’ve done good … and I’ve done bad. But right now, I’m not ready to go anywhere.”

Osbourne’s passing came just weeks after his triumphant farewell performance at the Back to the Beginning concert in his native Birmingham, England. The star-studded event concluded with a solo set from Osbourne and a reunion of Black Sabbath’s original lineup.

Last Rites marks The Prince of Darkness’s second memoir, following 2009’s I Am Ozzy. It’s available to preorder HERE.

Bad Wolves have announced a deluxe edition of their 2023 album Die About It, due out Sept. 19.

Bad Wolves drummer John Boecklin shared of the deluxe album: “It’s fun for us to be able to continue celebrating the Die About It album in this way. It gives us a chance to revisit our material with a different perspective and refresh the release that we’re still in love with. There are songs that were written during the album sessions that you never got to hear and some fun reinterpretations of tracks that you’ve already heard. Lots to dig in on here, see you soon Wolfpack!”

Die About It, originally released on November 3, 2023, featured 13 tracks. Among the nine new tracks on the deluxe edition of Die About It are orchestral and live versions of “Legends Never Die,” a live version of “Bad Friend,” and a reworking of “Say It Again,” featuring Lauri Ylönen, frontman of Finnish rockers The Rasmus.

Boecklin said of the ‘Say It Again’ remake: “This song has always meant a lot to me—I’ve always loved it — but I never expected it to evolve the way it did with The Rasmus. It’s truly some of our best work.”  Ylönen added: “This song hit me hard and energized me. It used to be one of my top workout songs before I got to sing on it!”
