HEART vocalist Ann Wilson debuts music video for solo single “Tender Heart”

Heart’s Ann Wilson recently released a new original song, “Tender Heart”, available on all streaming services here

Says Wilson about the new track, “‘Tender Heart’ came out of a personal struggle, but quickly evolved into a greater, more universal meaning. We as the human race are coming to realize realities we never dreamed we’d have to face – environmentally, culturally, financially, and health-wise. Humanity is coming to terms with uncomfortable, heartbreaking, terrifying truths. This song is for the soul whose heart is blindsided by reality, but is still soft and innocent. I hope people will identify with this song and feel they are not alone.”

Wilson just debuted the official music video for “Tender Heart” which you can check out at the link – here.

The first images of Jared Leto as the Joker in Zack Snyder’s Justice League have been revealed.

Leto’s Joker appears more like a classic interpretation of the character than the version seen in Suicide Squad. The black and white images were posted to Vanity Fair and Twitter by the movie’s official account, show a Joker with heavy white makeup, smudged eyes and lips, and greasy, long hair. The big difference is that there’s not a single tattoo in sight.

Founding Member of The Supremes, Mary Wilson, Dies at 76

Mary Wilson, a founding member of The Supremes, has died at age 76. Wilson died at her home in Las Vegas on Monday evening, her publicist Jay Schwartz confirmed to multiple outlets. Wilson’s cause of death was not immediately clear but Schwartz said in a statement that she “passed away suddenly.” According to Schwartz, funeral services for Wilson will be private due to restrictions and protocols amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, but there will be a public memorial later this year.

Born on March 6, 1944, in Greenville, Mississipp and began her career in Detroit in 1959, singing for The Primettes, who would later go on to become The Supremes. Alongside Diana Ross and Florence Ballard — who was later replaced by Cindy Birdsong — Wilson appeared on each of The Supremes’ 12 No. 1 pop hits from 1964 to 1969. Just a few days before her death, Wilson shared a video on her YouTube channel announcing that she was planning to release new solo material.

Wilson is survived by her sister Kathryn, brother Roosevelt, daughter Turkessa, son Pedro Antonio Jr., adopted son Willie, 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that friends and fans support UNCF.org and the Humpty Dumpty Institute.

MEGADETH to put new album on hold until touring resumes

Megadeth says they may be holding off on releasing their next album until they can support it on the road.

In an interview, Megadeth bassist David Ellefson provided an update on their plans, saying, “We’re working on album number sixteen, and just finishing it up now. We’ve got a big year of touring lined up — festivals in Europe; the big ‘The Metal Tour of the Year’ is rescheduled for July and August this year; Rock In Rio in Brazil in September. And it’s all confirmed, but it depends on what — COVID has a say in this matter, unfortunately.” He continued, “We’re gonna wanna be able to get on the road and promote it. It doesn’t make sense to drop a brand new record in the middle of a pandemic and not be able to support that. And so if that means we have to push things back a little bit so that it can be the most effective to tour it and support it, then I’m sure those are decisions that are being made … Quite honestly, those are decisions that get updated pretty much weekly inside the Megadeth camp.”

At this point everything remains on schedule for Megadeth with their touring set to resume in June and continuing through the summer into September. Their current tour dates are listed at the link- here.
