See Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein in the trailer for ‘Office Romance’ on Netflix

Netflix has unveiled an early look at Office Romance, a new romantic comedy pairing Jennifer Lopez with Ted Lasso favorite Brett Goldstein. Set to premiere June 5, the film blends workplace ambition with unexpected attraction—and a fair amount of mischief.

Office Romance, directed by Ol Parker and written by Goldstein alongside Joe Kelly, follows two career-driven professionals whose strictly business relationship quickly turns personal. The story is described as “a raunchy romantic comedy about a secret office romance and the trouble two workaholics get in when they start thinking with their hearts.”

Lopez stars as Jackie Cruz, the powerful head of airCruz Airlines, while Goldstein plays Daniel Blanchflower, a newly hired company lawyer. As teased in the trailer, what begins as a professional connection escalates into flirtation during a “work dinner,” eventually leading to a steamy elevator encounter. The pair soon find themselves juggling their growing feelings while trying to keep their relationship under wraps. The film features a strong supporting cast, including Betty Gilpin, Amy Sedaris, Tony Hale, Bradley Whitford and Edward James Olmos.

Wolfgang Van Halen’s Mammoth expands summer 2026 headlining tour dates

Mammoth, the hard-rock project led by Wolfgang Van Halen (son of Eddie Van Halen), has unveiled a set of headlining Summer 2026 tour datesthat will run alongside previously announced supporting slots with Creed.

The newly added schedule spans 17 shows across July and August, including six dates opening for Creed. It also features rescheduled performances from March that were postponed after Van Halen battled the flu. The headlining leg begins July 12 in Edmonton, Canada, and wraps August 8 in Monroe, Michigan. These summer shows follow the band’s current U.S. tour as support for Bush, which just wrapped up.

The tour serves to support Mammoth’s third studio album, The End, released in October 2025. The record features chart-topping rock radio singles “The End” and “The Spell,” along with the Top 5 hit “I’m Alright.” Like the band’s earlier releases, the album was entirely recorded by Wolfgang Van Halen, who handled vocals, guitar, bass, drums, and piano. On stage, Mammoth is rounded out by guitarist Jon Jourdan, guitarist Frank Sidoris, bassist Ronnie Ficarro, and drummer Garrett Whitlock.

Both “The End” and “The Spell” reached No. 1 at rock radio, joining earlier chart leaders “Distance” and “Don’t Back Down” (from the band’s 2021 debut, Mammoth WVH.)

Beyond the summer North American run, Mammoth is scheduled to continue touring internationally, with dates planned in South America and Europe from October through late 2026.

Tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster.

BTS to make long-awaited return to the American Music Awards

After several years away from the awards-show spotlight, BTS is preparing for a major comeback at the 52nd American Music Awards, taking place on May 25.  Organizers announced that the global K-pop phenomenon will appear during the ceremony, marking the group’s first time attending a major awards show in four years.

The AMAs posted on Instagram: “ARMY, get ready! @bts.bighitofficial is making a special appearance LIVE at the #AMAs 👀 🗓 Monday, May 25 at 8pm ET / 5pm PT”

Over the years, BTS has collected a total of 11 AMAS, making them the second-most-awarded group in AMA history behind Alabama (which holds the record with 23 wins.). The group’s relationship with the AMAs dates back to 2017, when BTS made history as the first Korean act to perform on the broadcast with their hit “DNA.”

This year, the seven-member act is nominated for three honors, including artist of the year, song of the summer for “Swim,” and best male K-pop artist.  BTS previously captured the artist of the year trophy in 2021, becoming the first group since One Direction to earn the AMAs’ top award.

BTS will already be in Las Vegas as part of their massive world tour, which marks their first large-scale global trek in years. The tour began with performances in Goyang before continuing through Tokyo and the United States, including a stop in Tampa and four sold-out concerts at Allegiant Stadium beginning May 23. Their ongoing 2026-2027 tour will continue across Asia, North America, Europe, Latin America, and Australia.

The AMAs will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and air live coast-to-coast on CBS and Paramount+ at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT. Queen Latifah is hosting the ceremony for the Memorial Day broadcast.

Prime Video’s ‘Legally Blonde’ prequel series ‘Elle’ shares teaser trailer

Prime Video has unveiled the first teaser for Elle, a coming-of-age prequel to Legally Blonde that explores the early years of the iconic Elle Woods. Starring Lexi Minetree as the teenage version of the character made famous by Reese Witherspoon, the series is set to premiere July 1—and it’s already been picked up for a second season.

Set in 1995, the story follows Elle as a high school student whose seemingly perfect life in Bel-Air is disrupted when her family relocates to Seattle after her father is forced to change jobs. The move throws her into an unfamiliar world, where she faces new social challenges, complicated friendships, budding romance, and even some questionable style choices. Despite the upheaval, Elle leans on her close-knit family—especially her mother—and gradually develops the resilience and confidence that will define her later life.

The official synopsis reads: “Through it all, Elle uses her family as a touchstone, and forms an even tighter bond to her mother, proving that they can get through anything life throws their way as long as they have each other. With each challenge she faces, Elle grows closer to the Elle Woods we know and love today.”

The cast includes June Diane Raphael and Tom Everett Scott as Elle’s parents, alongside a supporting ensemble featuring Jacob Moskovitz, Gabrielle Policano, Chandler Kinney, Zac Looker, and Amy Pietz, with several recurring guest stars throughout the season. Created by Laura Kittrell, the series is co-run with Caroline Dries, while Witherspoon serves as an executive producer. Witherspoon previously shared her enthusiasm for the project, saying, “I truly couldn’t be more excited about this series! Fans will get to know how Elle Woods navigated her world as a teenager with her distinct personality and ingenuity, in ways that only our beloved Elle could do. What could be better than that?! Legally Blonde is back!”
